First Class Weddings (sponsor) will be giving away five authentic porcelain cake toppers beginning on October 1, 2010 and ending at midnight (Hawaii Time) on October 14, 2010. Five winners will be selected from entries properly submitted during the giveaway time period.
Here are the official rules:
First Class Weddings "Win a Cake Topper" giveaway is open to legal residents in the United States. Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No Purchase Necessary! Entry in the Giveaway constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older.
General Rules: By entering in the Giveaway, you agree to be entirely bound by the official terms and conditions of the Giveaway and the final decision of the Founder in all respects. FCW is not responsible for inaccurate information, human error or technical failures of any kind. FCW is not responsible for claims losses or damages of any kind resulting in any manner (Indirectly or otherwise) from the Win a FC Cake Topper contest or the prize itself. FCW hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with this Giveaway. Each person entering agrees to waive their right to claim any damages whatsoever (includes consequential and punitive (directly or indirectly)
Instructions: Enter at firstclassweddings.com. You must "like" FCWeddings during the entry process. Only one entry per person, per email address is allowed during the contest time frame (no matter what!). Enter your first name, last name, state, country e-mail address and birth-date. All entries will also agree to receive at least one FCW newsletter.
Publicity Agreement: Each person entering (and winner) by accepting the prize assigns and grants all rights, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the entrant's name, city, sate, and biographical material (collectively "Licensed Rights") in any world-wide media for advertising and publicity purposes, without permission, additional review, approval or compensation.
How do we Choose? A random drawing will take place at close of contest for each of the five giveaway cake toppers during this time frame. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for that entry. Each winner will be notified via e-mail (to the email address submitted with entry) within 2 weeks after the drawing during the "prize award period". The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Giveaway, who decisions are final and binding. All undeliverable email entries (after being unresponsive for 7 days after notification) will result in a forfeit of any prize and another winner will be randomly selected.
Prizes: Each prize will consist of one "authentic porcelain cake topper", approx. retail value $50. Prize in not redeemable for cash and no substitutions are allowed. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses in the USA (taxes are winners responsibility)
Entry Responsibilities: Each entry agrees to be bound by these official rules. Each winner agrees to release FCW and hold harmless against any and all matters of any kind and in any way. All personal information collected through the Giveaway signs you up to receive our Newsletter. As an entrant you agree to the use of your personal info as mentioned above. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to P.O. Box 207, Kula, HI 06790 to receive a copy of these rules or to receive a winners list. All requests must be received no later than 3 weeks after the end of the last Giveaway period.
